For Everyone

Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to use this website and our services, whatever their abilities. That's both our aim and our obligation under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

On the Website

The site is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA wherever we're able to. In practice that means:

  • every meaningful image has descriptive alt text
  • pages use a clear heading order that screen readers can follow
  • text and background colours meet AA contrast levels
  • the whole site can be used by keyboard, with a skip link to the main content
  • every form field has a visible label

When We Work With You

Some people find a phone call or an on-site meeting difficult. If a disability means you'd like us to communicate another way, give you material in a different format or adjust how an estimate visit runs, tell us and we'll make it work.

Reporting a Barrier

Found something on the site that's hard to use? Call (289) 672-1630 or send a note through the contact form, and we'll look at it and get back to you.
