We're always interested in hearing from people who want to build a career in tree care in the Niagara Region. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need to take safety seriously and take pride in leaving a job site clean.

Tree Climber

What you'll do: Climb and prune trees of every size, take down trees in sections with ropes and rigging, and help the arborist with assessments.

What we're looking for: Climbing experience with modern rope techniques, a solid grasp of pruning cuts and rigging, aerial rescue training (or willingness to get it), and a valid driver's licence.

What you'll get: Steady seasonal and year-round work, good gear, training toward arborist certification, and a crew that looks out for each other.

Ground Crew Member

What you'll do: Run the chipper, manage ropes and lowering lines, cut and stack wood, set up site safety and handle cleanup.

What we're looking for: Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather, reliable, careful around equipment, and keen to learn. Chainsaw experience is a bonus.

What you'll get: Paid training on equipment, a clear path toward climbing, and plenty of time outdoors across the Niagara Region.
