Tree Care for Fenwick Homes and Lots

Fenwick is a small village in rural Pelham, surrounded by farms and big country lots with trees to match. Tree Service Niagara prunes, trims and removes trees here, grinds stumps and comes out after storms, with one crew handling the whole job. Call (289) 672-1630 to book a free estimate.

The first step is always a visit. We look at each tree's health, what it's growing near and how the crew can reach it, then put together a written quote that lists what we'd cut, what we'd leave and what it costs.

Local Trees, Local Conditions

Properties around Fenwick often have a mix of big fencerow trees, windbreaks and woodlot edges, and many lost ash trees to emerald ash borer. Dead ash along lanes and field edges is the most common job here, and there's usually room to fell a tree whole. Where the trees form a woodland, Pelham's arrangement with the Region means a permit may be needed, so we check first. Firewood can be cut to length and left on site.

Between dead ash, ageing maples and trees that have outgrown their spot, tree removal and stump grinding are a big part of our work in Fenwick.

Trees Like Yours

Rural properties come with bigger trees and more of them: fencerow maples, roadside oaks, windbreak spruce and pine, and woodlot edges. There's often room to fell a tree whole, which saves time and money, and the wood can be cut to firewood length and left for you. Dead ash along lanes and fences is the most common rural job we see, and it's worth doing before the tree falls across a driveway or into a field.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Free Visit

We walk the property with you and look at every tree you're concerned about.

  2. 2

    Written Quote

Each tree and each job listed separately, with the price and how the wood and cleanup are handled.

  3. 3

    Rules Checked

Pelham has handed small-woodland protection to the Region, so trees that form part of a woodland may need a permit. Trees the Town has designated as heritage or significant community trees are protected too. Ordinary yard trees and pruning aren't affected.

  4. 4

    The Work

Climbers and ground crew prune, trim or take down the tree, lowering wood on ropes where it can't fall freely, and checking for nests from spring to late summer.

  5. 5

    Cleanup

Branches chipped, wood cut, stacked or hauled away, and the yard raked before we go.

Pruning, Trimming and Removal

Most calls start with “I need a tree cut”, and the right answer depends on what you want. Trimming gets branches off the roof, the driveway or the view. Pruning keeps a tree healthy and strong: deadwood out, weak forks corrected, a heavy crown thinned. Removal is for trees that are dead, failing or in the wrong place, and stump grinding finishes the job. We'll tell you which your trees need, and we never recommend removal when pruning would do.
