Tree Care for Jordan Homes and Lots
Jordan Village sits on the edge of the Twenty Mile Creek valley in Lincoln, a short drive from the falls and trails of Ball's Falls Conservation Area. Tree Service Niagara prunes, trims and removes trees here, grinds stumps and comes out after storms, with one crew handling the whole job. Call (289) 672-1630 to book a free estimate.
The first step is always a visit. We look at each tree's health, what it's growing near and how the crew can reach it, then put together a written quote that lists what we'd cut, what we'd leave and what it costs.
Local Trees, Local Conditions
Twenty Mile Creek has cut a deep, wooded valley here, and many properties in and around Jordan back onto its slopes. Village lots have old trees close to historic buildings, and the surrounding farms add orchards and vineyard windbreaks. Valley-edge trees lean toward the light and the water, which puts extra strain on their roots and forks. Lincoln's private tree by-law applies in Jordan's urban area, so we check before any larger tree comes down.
Trees here are often old, large and close to the house, so tree pruning is the work we’re asked for most in Jordan.
Trees Like Yours
The land between the lake and the escarpment is some of the best growing country in Ontario, which is why it's full of orchards and vineyards. It's also windy. Air rushes down off the escarpment and across open fields, and trees on the bench often grow leaning away from it. Fruit trees here need a winter prune for light and airflow, and big shade trees need their crowns kept light enough to handle the gusts.

How It Works
- 1
Free Visit
We walk the property with you and look at every tree you're concerned about.
- 2
Written Quote
Each tree and each job listed separately, with the price and how the wood and cleanup are handled.
- 3
Rules Checked
Lincoln's private tree by-law covers trees 15 cm or more across at chest height in the Town's urban areas. Pruning for tree health doesn't need an application; removing a regulated tree needs a permit or, for dead and hazardous trees, an exemption letter. We help with the paperwork.
- 4
The Work
Climbers and ground crew prune, trim or take down the tree, lowering wood on ropes where it can't fall freely, and checking for nests from spring to late summer.
- 5
Cleanup
Branches chipped, wood cut, stacked or hauled away, and the yard raked before we go.
Pruning, Trimming and Removal
Most calls start with “I need a tree cut”, and the right answer depends on what you want. Trimming gets branches off the roof, the driveway or the view. Pruning keeps a tree healthy and strong: deadwood out, weak forks corrected, a heavy crown thinned. Removal is for trees that are dead, failing or in the wrong place, and stump grinding finishes the job. We'll tell you which your trees need, and we never recommend removal when pruning would do.
